ASTROBALCONY [ observations from the edge of the universe ]

// HELLO, UNIVERSE

Welcome to Astrobalcony — my little corner of the internet dedicated to staring at the sky from a Warsaw balcony.

I've been meaning to start documenting my observations for a while now. There's something that feels right about doing it in a format like this — a proper website, not a social media feed that disappears into an algorithm. Something that just... sits here, quietly, like a logbook.

Lemmon comet - shot actually not from my balcony

My main instrument is a Dwarf 3 smart telescope — a compact, electronically assisted astronomy (EAA) device that lives on my balcony and talks to my iPad. It's not the most hardcore setup you'll find in the amateur astronomy world, but it's the one that actually gets used, which counts for something.

What to expect here: observation logs, stacked images, notes on seeing conditions from Warsaw (light pollution is real, but the sky gives you what it gives you), and probably some rambling about equipment. Maybe also some nights where I just write about the act of looking up.

If you found this somehow — hello. If you're reading this and I sent you the link — also hello. Either way, clear skies.
